A celebration of the Swartland’s diversity, this curated wine selection pairs a vibrant Chenin Blanc with an elegant Cinsault-Shiraz blend.

The Chenin Blanc delights with an abundance of tropical fruit, lime, grapefruit and white pear, leading to a crisp palate with striking minerality and subtle umami notes from partial amphora maturation.

The Cinsault-Shiraz offers inviting aromas of red fruit and sweet berries, layered with peppery spice, delicate French oak nuances and a beautifully balanced acidity that carries through to a refined, fruit-driven finish with excellent ageing potential.

Serving Suggestions:
Enjoy the Chenin Blanc well chilled (8–10°C). The Cinsault-Shiraz is best served lightly chilled during summer (14–16°C) or just below room temperature in winter.
